Our face painting tip: the pumpkin design

Painting instructions:

Step1:

 Using the yellow paint pencil from the kids’ face paint kit, draw the outline of a 
 pumpkin over the whole face. Then mix a lovely orange colour, using yellow, red 
 and white from the paint pots, and paint the whole area with the broad brush. 
 Please leave out eyes and mouth. 

Step 2:

 Now draw the outlines round the mouth and eyes, and a triangle on the nose with 
 the thin brush or the black paint pencil from the kit. After this, fill in the spaces 
 with black. Then draw the “bulges” from top to bottom with the black paint pencil 
 from the kit.

Step 3:

 Dab on the teeth with the thin brush (white face paint from the pot) and finally, 
 draw a stalk with the green paint pencil from the kit. Now the spooky pumpkin face 
 is ready!

Our tip:

Black clothes and a little torch to make the pumpkin shine turn it into a wonderfully eerie Halloween experience.
