The Privacy Act is intended to protect the individual from infringement of his personal rights through the handling of his personal information.
As the operator of this website, we, SANTE Naturkosmetik GmbH, perceive the protection of our visitors’ personal information as an important precept.
Entering your personal details is not necessary in order to visit our website pages or to read and view them. However, so that we can be of further service to you, e.g. to answer your enquiry or process your order, we require your personal information.
We use the personal information which you have provided voluntarily e.g. your name, your address, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number, only within the scope which is absolutely necessary in order to complete your transactions – e.g. the processing and shipping of your orders, and the sending of product information / brochures which you have requested.
Any collection, storing and use exceeding this is effected solely with your express consent which you declare when you provide your personal information, or in connection with the same, respectively.
This consent is necessary, for example, for
- subscribing to a newsletter
- when you deposit your order details and issue a password and user name to facilitate the placing of further orders
- other promotional activities, in connection with which you are notified of information being collected and stored
In the course of performing our services it may be necessary to pass on your personal information to companies whom we use to handle the contract or to process your request, e.g. to carry out the transport or other services.
Beyond that, we do not pass on personal information to third parties, unless we are duty-bound to do so for legal reasons vis-à-vis state institutions and authorities entitled to such information, or because of court rulings.
You can cancel your approval of, or consent to, the use of your personal information at any time, which could mean in general or only for particular purposes, e.g. in relation to our mailshots. Over and above this, you can, at any time, demand the partial or total deletion of your personal information. The best way is via e-mail to datenschutz@sante.de.
In order to configure our websites to make visits as user-friendly as possible, we collect and save anonymised information, e.g. date and time of site visit, the page from which our site was accessed, or the like.
This happens without the site user being identified personally in that, e.g. user profiles of pseudonyms are generated. In the process, we also use small text files – cookies – which are saved on your computer and serve as storage for statistical information, such as the operating system, your internet browser and the IP address. This survey of statistics serves only to optimise our website and does not reveal your identity.
Our newsletter can contain tracking pixels which serve to count the number of times the newsletter is read.
On our websites, so-called “social plugins” (named hereinafter „plugins“) from social networks can be used – like, for example, facebook.com of Facebook Inc., USA. These plugins are labelled with the logo of the corresponding network, e.g. Facebook’s “like” button.
If you open one of our websites with such a plugin, your browser shall set up a direct connection to the respective network’s servers, e.g. Facebook, and pass on the information about your visit to our website to Facebook. Should you happen to be logged in to Facebook at the same time, Facebook can file your visit onto your Facebook user account and store information about how you click on to various buttons, e.g. “like”, “share with friends” etc.
If you want to prevent a social network, like Facebook, e.g., from connecting your viewing of our websites to your user account, logout of your social network user account before you go to our website.

Privacy terms, and in particular the handling of data protection through companies, e.g. Google, Facebook and You Tube can be amended continuously. For this reason, we recommend that you also seek information on a regular basis.
This privacy statement can be brought up to date and amended by us, without your being given prior notification. We would advise you to review this privacy statement now and again so that you are kept informed about possible changes and updates.
