Product Description
Fullness, color and definition for the eyebrows. The pencil has a soft consistency with organic shea butter in the shade 01 Blonde is ideal to fill and line blonde hair - for perfectly defined eyebrows. Practical 2in1 tool with integrated brush.
Application
Use brush end of the pencil to shape your brows. Use the pencil to do small strokes upwards to fill in the brows. Lastly, run the brush through the brows to blend in the drawn lines.
